Returning an Order Item

Please keep these important points in mind:

Products should be returned within 14 days of the date they were shipped.
You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials.

The returned items must be in brand new, sellable condition.  If not, no refund will be provided.

Shipping/handling fees are refunded only if the product is defective or was miss shipped by INSPIREDBYNOEL.com.

We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.

Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which the purchase was charged.

We will issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your credit card billing cycle.
